Strawberry Mint Vinegar was made with fresh Strawberries from Jordan’s Farm in Cape Elizabeth. They are fermented with Mint harvested from our home herb garden into a dry, fragrant vinegar stock. After a full year of fermentation the transformation is dramatic.

Use this vinegar to highlight the fresh flavors of summer salads, to perfume fruit desserts or for an unexpected twist in your glass. We produced this vinegar in extremely limited quantities.

Strawberry Mint Vinegar is non-alcoholic and unpasteurized.
